It’s one of the top golf communities in Florida – Seagate Country Club.
Florida is one of the top locations in the US for golf communities. And homes in these communities sell fast. That’s why I want to introduce you to Seagate Country Club in Delray Beach.
Located one mile west of I95, Seagate Country Club is ideally located for a fun Delray Beach lifestyle. Drive 10 minutes west and you can enjoy Delray Marketplace. Then there are local fun spots for food like The Boys Delray farmers market or Delray Garden center to get all your landscaping needs just outside the club.
Head east past I95 and you’re in the heart of Delray Beach. World-famous Atlantic Avenue is home to over 29 restaurants, wine and beer bars, plenty of small-business clothing establishments, daily live entertainment at the Arts Garage and our Saturday Green Market.
Of course we have our public beach with over 1.5 miles of white sand, lounge chair rentals, volleyball, surf, paddle board, snorkeling and much more.
Seagate Country Club is also sandwiched in between two internal airports: Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Both are just under 30 minutes away. And Miami international is one hour south.
When you enter Seagate Country Club you feel like you’ve entered a natural oasis. The streets are lined with gorgeous, mature native trees that at times provide full canopy over the roads. Most of the community was built in the early 80’s so you’ll enjoy meticulously maintained streets and landscaping.
For lifestyle enthusiasts, you get the best of golf and tennis. Of course you must join the Seagate Country Club to get access to these amenities, but it’s not mandatory.

There are amply tennis courts that site right on the main internal road across from the club. And for golfers, you’re going love it. The practice facilities are one finest you’ll experience. It has a short practice hole along with a dual-sided driving range. And you may find a PGA pro on the range any given day at Seagate Country Club – it’s happened to me several time.. Once on the course, their maintenance superintendent is a stickler of his greens. The greens are some of the smoothest all year round. And the course is great for low and higher handicap golfers.
And once you’re a Seagate Country Club member, for a small annual fee you can join their beach club. That’s right, on the south end of Delray Beach’s beach is the Seagate beach club. Here they have pools, food, access to kayaks and more.
