Last week, I wrote about the Delray Beach luxury homes real estate market.

Today, I’m sharing my latest video on it with more details and extra information you may find useful. And some bonus materials.

Yes, this week’s newsletter is much shorter than normal.

It’s high season. Demand is strong. The ATP Pro Tennis Tournament is happening and Delray is jam packed due to events. Traffic and congestion everywhere. Restaurants won’t take reservations as they’re full – 60+ minute wait times are the norm.

This week marks the PEAK of high season. From here it’ll remain busy, then tapper off in April.

In the meantime, Palm Beach County luxury homes real estate is hot. From West Palm Beach to Manalapan, Ocean Ridge, Gulf Stream, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, Boca Raton… luxury is “in.”

I know you may not be looking for expensive luxury homes. But luxury is experiential. That can be in the form of a downtown Delray condo or townhome where you can ditch your car and walk to everything. Or it can be a single family home near what will be the new Delray Beach Muni Golf Course. The new course is scheduled to reopen in late December.

I’ll be back next week with a new Delray real estate information. I’ll share what other buyers are thinking about in their home search… and my observations about exiting home listings. To give you a snippet, folks who want to spend $500k, can find anything good for that price. They need to stretch to $700k. And customer wanting luxury homes around $1 million find themselves disappointed what available and need to bump up their budget to $1.4 million or more.

Whether it’s luxury homes or not, inventory is old, needs refreshing in order to get the amount sellers want. If not, those homes find themselves in the Days on Market reports collecting dust.

For this week, my time is split between a handful of customers and volunteering at the Tennis Tournament.

This is South Florida’s PEAK high season. Get out there. Cause a ruckus. Have some Florida tropical winter fun.

Luxury homes in the Delray Beach and surrounding areas are red hot. From hedge fund money to a large California exodus of wealthy families… luxury homes are witnessing perhaps the strongest sector in all real estate.

And call me if I may be of service…
