Two years ago in Delray Beach Florida, I began running an ad for condos under $500k walkable to the beach. Back then there were 25 or more available on any given month. So I set it, and forgot about it. Month after month customers would call me. Until one late summer day last September, a customer called saying, “John, there’s nothing in your link.”
Delray Beach Florida had exploded! I mean, prices rose so fast, that if you weren’t paying (close) attention, you got side-swiped. It was the perfect wake-up call.
You can see what I’m talking about in the photo below. There are only 8 condos for sale near the beach and only 3 are under $500k (red arrows)
The Delray Beach Florida real estate market is one of the hottest in the country. Knowing that, I put together the video above where I discuss what’s happening locally. And for you data-nerds like me, I go through a bunch of local market information like:
