These Real Estate Questions Beat The #1 Question

It’s the question Realtors get asked most often, “How’s the real estate market?”

There’s no good, immediate answer to this question – and that annoys home sellers, homeowners and potential home buyers.

The question is too vague. It’s like asking, “what’s the temperature on earth?” The answer for that is, “where?”

Real Estate Questions That Deliver Results

So, over my 27 years in real estate, I’ve learned to reply with, “are you asking about the condo market in downtown or along the beach? Or are you asking about luxury homes in a (specific) golf course community?”

I could go on and on… but I don’t want to be annoying.

But take note: the quality of real estate questions you ask determine the results you seek.

That brings me to my latest video just published, “The Definitive Guide to Downtown Delray Beach Condos.”

In it, I answer your questions on a granular level. Real estate questions like “what’s the average square foot price for condos in downtown Delray?” Or, “What are the various HOA fees?” And, “How many units sold… in all downtown… or in a specific building?”

These are better real estate questions. These are specific and “answerable”, not general.

I compare this approach to being a specialist in any profession. You wouldn’t ask a dentist for good investing advice. And you wouldn’t ask a general family doctor about brain surgery either.

The same goes for real estate. You’ll search for a specialist in a particular area like: green realtors, luxury agents, or multi-family specialists. By directing your real estate questions to specific people, you’ll get the best results possible.

My Condo Guide Helps You Answer Your Real Estate Questions

It took me days to compile the data. Selfishly speaking, it made me a better Realtor as now I know with certainty the answer to almost all real estate questions you’ll dish my way. More important, I hope it’s of value to you.

If you find this approach useful, I created a one page “Definitive Guide to Downtown Delray Beach Condos” showing all this data in an easy-to-read format. If you’d like a copy, let me know and I’ll send it to you right away.

Next up is the same research on downtown Townhomes… then beachside condos.

You see, I have a deep curiosity about hyperlocal data. After all, if you’re thinking of selling your property, or buying one in these areas, you need to be armed with the most current and detailed info available.

I enjoy this work… work that serves your needs, best.

*** I’ve been getting more inquiries for Deerfield Beach. Just 20-ish minutes south of Delray, it may give your budget more options.
